Terms of sale

1. Seller

2. Products

Houtcraft sells building plans as PDF files (digital content). No physical item is shipped. The content of each plan is described on its page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, VAT included. Payment is processed by [plateforme de paiement], which acts as reseller and collects the VAT due in your country.

4. Delivery

The download link is provided immediately after payment and sent by email. If anything goes wrong, write to contact@houtcraft.com.

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Licence

Buying a plan lets you use it to build the piece for your own personal use. Copying, reselling or sharing the PDF, in whole or in part, is prohibited. Building pieces for sale requires our written permission.

7. Safety and liability

You build at your own risk: follow the safety instructions of your tools and check that your wall fixings suit your wall and the weight stored. Houtcraft cannot be held liable for poor workmanship or unsuitable use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence. In case of dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [médiateur de la consommation].
